Based off of Bob Popovics's innovative bulkhead for saltwater fly fishing, the Texas Style Bulkhead was designed to adapt his fly to my Texas home waters. The fly is tied on a weedless hook with craft fur, for a more approprate warmwater size, more movement and better castability.
